Our educational travel/tour packages and prices are as stated in magazines, journals, brochures, internet and radio. Prices and packages are subject to change. The issuance and acceptance of ticket and/or vouchers shall be considered as an agreement to becoming a member of any educational travel/tour program of Africa First, LLC.

RESPONSIBILITY

By becoming a member of any of Africa First’s educational travel/tour program, the participant waives any claim against Africa First LLC for any delays, substitutions of equipment, damages to or loss of property, any psychological or physical injury or death due to any act, error or omission of any air carriers, hotels, service suppliers, subcontractors, ground operators, restaurant or any persons rendering any of the services included in the relevant itinerary or substitution made thereof.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Africa First, LLC highly recommends that each participant should buy travel insurance to cover losses for trip cancellations, travel delay, collision damage, emergency medical transportation, and lost or damaged baggage. Application forms will be furnished on registration.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation must be made in writing via letter, fax or email. Verbal cancellations by telephone or in person are not valid.

PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION

Loss of 35% of amount paid for cancellation received 45-60 days prior to departure;

Loss of 50% of amount paid for cancellation received 31-44-days prior to departure.

Loss of 75% of amount paid for cancellation received 8-30 days prior to departure.

There will be total forfeiture if cancellation is made 7 days or less before departure.

PRIVACY

Africa First LLC is determined to maintain the privacy of confidential information that its clients and collaborators provide to us in the course of our business. We use the information you give us to assist you or further our mission.

This policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the internet, or the practices of companies and individuals Africa First, LLC has no control over. While we strive to protect our clients’ and collaborators’ information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information disclosed online.
