COMMITTEES There shall be two committees to assist the conference in the planning, promotion, fund raising, implement and generate the anticipate outcomes. The committees are: STEERING COMMITTEE MEMBERS The Steering Committee charged with responsibility to advise the conference on ways and means to achieve its objectives; oversee issues of fund raising and to generate a scientific and technical report from the proceedings, is composed of the following personalities: Honourable Courage E.K.
